2. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by an external hosting provider with its registered office and data centres in the European Union. When you visit the website, technically necessary data are processed, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page accessed and browser and system information. Processing is carried out to provide the website and keep it secure on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
3. Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies, for example for language selection, the session and storing your cookie choice (§ 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We only set optional cookies with your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie notice.
Web analytics with Google Analytics
If you give your consent via the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how our website is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes information about your visit, such as the pages viewed, the time spent on them, the approximate location and information about your device and browser. IP addresses are not stored. We have deactivated the linking with Google accounts (Google signals) and chosen the shortest retention period of two months.
The legal basis is your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example by deleting the cookies stored in your browser. A transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (e.g. name, organisation, email address, phone number, message) in our customer management system in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as they are no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Appointment booking
For online appointment booking, we process the data you provide in order to organise the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Video appointments are held using the video function built into our appointment system; no data are transferred to third-party providers.
6. Applications
We process application documents you send us in order to carry out the application process (§ 26 BDSG, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no employment relationship results, we generally delete the documents six months after the process has ended.
7. Links to external services
Our website contains simple links to external services, such as LinkedIn. No plugins are embedded; data are only transferred when you click such a link.

9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact contact@mouver.de.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover. You may also contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
